CONSPIRACY

Conspiracy.

Dishonesty between the UK Authorities, The Crown of Great Britain and The EU Transport Commission. The conspiracy to steal registered design 2053070 (and others).

1. The registered design -2053070 was registered at the UK Patent Office in 1995- by David and Nansi Mottram.
2. The design was deliberately stolen by the UK Authorities, The EU Commission and The Crown of Great Britain when the design was legalised for use on UK vehicles in September 2001 in Statutory Instrument 561 of 2001. The Crown wrongfully and dishonestly claiming it was Crown copyright in that document.
3. The UK Authorities, Ministers, Parliamentary Private Secretaries and other Civil Servants in particular Mr Charles Clarke of the Department of Transport, had been in constant written and verbal contact with the Intellectual Property owners from 1995 regarding use of the design, all authorities acknowledging it was the Intellectual Property of David and Nansi Mottram. At the time the design was legalised in Statute the Intellectual Property owners were ignored, disregarded and the design stolen.

4.The UK laid blame with the EU Transport Commission for directing the use of the design in their EU Directive EC2411/98.
5. The EU Transport Commission had been aware of the registered design since 1996, when its innovation had been praised by the then Transport Commissioner Mr. Neil Kinnock- 2 years prior to the issue of the EU Directive EC2411/98.
6.Promises to address this matter have been made PERSONALLY to the Intellectual property owners by
Mr. Tony Blair the then UK Prime Minister,
The DVLA representative- Mr Robert Pick,
Ex -President Prodi of The EU Commission (formerly the ex-Prime Minister of Italy)- evidence has proven them all to be party to this dishonesty and collusion.
7.The UK Patent Office, The Department of Transport and the DTI have been totally dishonest throughout.
8.We have been forced to take our complaint to the Human Rights Court and are pursuing our claim against The UK Authorities, The Crown of Great Britain and The EU Commission under the civil and criminal justice acts - theft of an asset under article 1 of The Human Rights Act and conspiracy to defraud.
