The question put to HM The Queen of Great Britain is - How can HM Stationery Office refer to registered design 2053070 as being Crown Copyright ? The reply issued by Mr Ron Marchant on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen (07/05/04) regarding this theft and the false claims to Crown Copyright........we are not able to advise or influence applicants or third parties, whether they are private bodies or individuals, or public bodies such as government departments, on how they should act with regard to any specific registrations..... Within that same UK Government, design number 2053070 is registered on the UK public record at the UK Patent Office of registered designs as number 2053070 and the property of David Mottram & Co LLC- the Patent Office having accepted substantial fees for such registrations and extensions of periods of so called protection. Those fees going into the coffers of the UK Government who pirate the design with the blessing of The Crown. |
