DYSFUNCTIONAL BRITISH PATENT OFFICE

Dysfunctional UK Patent Office.

Official Overview:

The UK Patent Office currently advising; ' Intellectual Property lets people own the work they create.'

They state publicly that they have in place a system of protection which encourages people to spend time and money innovating.

In Reality:

In reality and private however they advise differently, Mr. Ron Marchant, Ex Chief Executive of The UK PATENT OFFICE advised in correspondence:

..' we '  (The Patent Office) ' are not able to advise or influence applicants or third parties, whether they are private bodies or individuals, or public bodies such as government departments, on how they should act with regard to any specific registrations.....

I have ' no power to advise others ' whether or not government bodies, that they are breaking the law by their continuing piracy of registered design 2053070.

Mr. Ron Marchant the Ex Chief Executive of the UK Patent Office. Supposedly working with law enforcement agencies to clamp down on this illegal trade. The comments serve to prove that the UK Patent Office is a fraud.
